LIZZAWORLD ATELIER — TERMS OF SERVICE READY-TO-WEAR SERVICE Delivery & Processing • Processing time is separate from delivery estimates. • Lagos: 24–72 hours • Other Nigerian states: 3–4 business days • U.K: 4–5 business days • U.S.A: 5–10 business days • Other international: 7–14 business days • Peak periods may extend processing. Shipping & Pre-Orders • Shipping fees calculated at checkout; vary by destination and exchange rates. • International rates depend on courier and FX. • Pre-order items begin processing on the date indicated in the product description. Dispatch & Tracking • You will receive confirmation with tracking via email or WhatsApp after dispatch. • If you do not receive a dispatch notice within the timeframe, email orders@lizzaatelier.com with your order number. Items Not Received • Allow an additional 2 business days before reaching out; courier delays may occur. • Responsibility shifts to the courier after dispatch. • Refunds are not issued for lost packages; untraceable packages will be resent. Customs & Duties • All international customs/import duties are paid by the customer. Pickups • Pickup at our Lekki studio (address provided upon confirmation). Please schedule pickup time in advance. BESPOKE / BRIDAL SERVICE Production Timeline • 6–20 weeks depending on design complexity. Pricing • Varies by design, fabric, detailing, and embellishment. Quoted during consultation and confirmed before production. Deposit & Payment • 70% deposit to begin; 30% balance before delivery or final fitting. • Payments in Naira or approved foreign currencies. Fabric & Materials • All fabrics sourced by Lizzaworld Atelier. External fabrics are not accepted. Consultations • Virtual or in-person by appointment. Consultation fees are non-refundable and payable before confirmation. Fittings • By appointment only. Couture fittings require time and precision. • Outfits not collected within 14 days of completion may attract storage fees. • Orders left beyond 30 days (paid or unpaid) will be donated. SHIPPING POLICY • Domestic: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location. • International: typically 7–14 business days. • Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. • Order Cancellation: only before dispatch. • Returns: Lizzaworld does not provide prepaid labels; clients cover return shipping. • Return address: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria (full details on request). RETURN & REFUND POLICY • Bespoke/Bridal: non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production starts. • Ready-to-Wear: exchange within 48 hours (Lagos) / 72 hours (outside Lagos) if unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags. • Refunds: only for production error or confirmed defect, reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
